We love our PureRoutine™ products and are confident you will too! If you're not satisfied with your results, we'll let you exchange or give you a refund credit within 15 days upon delivery and receipt of order.
To initiate a refund, please see the instructions below:
- Email email@example.com with your order number and reason/s for refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item.
*If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address.
We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.
- If you believe that the item was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please contact us with the same email address as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.
